Our Grass Fed Beef Family Package ($359+ value) includes a mix of premium steaks, delicious roasts, ground beef and more. Limited customization is available. If there is a cut that you don’t want, we can substitute for a similar priced cut. Approximately 30 lb.* Free Delivery within 30 miles of Kansas City area*
We Dry Age our beef 17-21 days to perfection. Order top quality beef, delivered direct from our Kansas farm. Our minimally processed beef is 100% natural, grass-fed and grass finished. No GMOs, unnecessary antibiotics or hormones.
Grass Fed Beef Family Package Includes:
- Steaks (Approx. 6 lb): KC Strip (1.5 lb), Bone-in Ribeye (2 lb), Sirloin (2 lb) and Filet Mignon Steak (8 oz)
- Roasts (Approx. 9 lb): Arm Roast (3 lb), Chuck Roast (3 lb) and Rump Roast (3 lb)
- All roasts are boneless
- Ground Beef (Approx. 9 lb): Choose 85% Lean or 90% Lean (mix or match)
- Packaged in 1 lb increments
- Assorted Beef Cuts (Approx. 8 lb): Stew Meat (3 lb), Minute Steak (2 lb), Short Rib (2 lb), Soup Bone w/ meat (1 lb)
- Optional Choices: Liver, Oxtail, Whole Heart, Marrow Bones, Ground Beef or Assorted Cuts

How It Works: We offer limited customization with your Grass Fed Family Package. After we receive your order, we’ll follow up via email to confirm your cut preferences. We then hand select each cut, just for you, and deliver directly to your door.

Grass Fed Beef Preparation & Cooking Tips
- Sear on High heat. Then, use lower heat (low-medium to medium) to finish cooking (450-500 degrees).
- Use less cooking time when grilling or frying grass fed steaks and ground beef (20-30% less).
- We recommend using a food thermometer to monitor temperature.
- Keep temperature to medium-rare to medium – do not overcook!
